The Episcopal Diocese of Florida was founded in 1838 as the entire state of Florida. Today, our diocese consists of 25 counties in Northern Florida. Our parishes and congregations stretch from the Apalachicola River in the western part of our diocese to the Atlantic Ocean, and from the Georgia border to the Palm Coast region.

Commission for Outreach Questionnaire

Bishop Howard has requested that the newly appointed Commission for Outreach gather information about on-going outreach ministries throughout the Diocese of Florida. The commission hopes to start their work by learning from all the parishes and mission in the diocese as to what activities are going on now and where each parish and mission would like to go. Each parish and mission is asked to fill out this questionnaire. Please take a few minutes to complete this questionnaire so that we may know about the ways in which your parish/mission is "taking care of others" and how the commission can help you.
